We have been running successful training courses and workshops for several years. Our courses are aimed at both the professional and amateur gardener or those who enjoy wildlife and the outdoors. We can also design a tailor-made course to suit an individual or group. We run our training courses at the renovated, traditional cottage on site. Courses are informative, interactive and enjoyable and include workshops on garden design, cottage gardening, creating a cut flower garden and wildlife gardening. All courses include coffee, scones and a home-cooked lunch.
Leitrim Flowers is very accessible and well serviced by road, rail and bus. We are an hour and a half’s drive from Dublin, an hour from Athlone and located just four miles off the N4. Within a fifteen minute radius we have an extensive range of B&Bs and hotels, restaurants and bars. Carrick on Shannon is a ten minute drive away and an excellent base from which to take a few days’ break.
We have also held training courses and workshops elsewhere throughout Ireland. Our training partners have included Ballymaloe, The Organic Centre, The Organic Training Skillnet, Sonairte and Eco Tourism Ireland.
If you want to be kept informed of developments or if you want to suggest a course for you or your group, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
